If you feel you have been mistreated by a fellow player, ruining your stay with us, you can post a player report denoting their offence, when it happened, and when.

If you feel you have been unjustly banned/muted from Maltacraft, you may appeal against the punishment you were given. Please write down who banned you, on what date, and why you should be unbanned.
